you have two weeks until christmas. think of all of the things you said you’d have accomplished by then…meet your goal weight. fit into those jeans. have a workout routine. whatever you said you’d be doing, are you?? or did you put it off again like everything else? stop procrastinating. look where it’s gotten you…where you are now. you are never gonna be happy looking like that. use these last two weeks and work your ass off to make somewhat of a difference before the year is over. don’t use the holidays as an excuse to pig out, fucking change something before you’re stuck like that forever. remember, you only have two weeks.

he loves her. she’s beautiful - she can fit into a size 0 dress, can fit her fingers around her thigh. she’s slim and tall and perfect. he can lift her off the ground so easily, as if she was a feather. you can see her bones through her angel-like skin, she can fit her fingers around her tiny wrist. you can see the visible gap between her thighs, and a stomach that many desire to have.

Okay so if you’re about 160+ lbs this is great especially if you got a tummy on you. I know because I started this when I was 180 and still do it when I don’t feel like working out properly.
What you need:
Music between 3-5 minutes
Floor and space to move around
Your body
Pick a song and dance as hard as you can without stopping for the whole song.
Stop! Now do 20 squats!
Pick a song and dance as hard as you can without stopping for the whole song.
Stop! Now do 30 squats!
Repeat that as many times as you can.
And by that I mean until you almost pass out.
Really hope this helps the bigger girls that can’t integrate properly because it’s “too hard”. Plus dancing improves mood and when you’re happy you lose more weight! Do things you love to get the body you crave!
